Cyberlink - Horrible
I have been a cyberlink user for 10 years without problems. Power DVD 17 stopped working.
Message "oops we're sorry, PowerDVD stopped working -send us an email so that we can investigate problem" No response x 10. Went to website where you can email request for support or pay for technical support. Weeks passed and I got a reply with directions to repair program. Did not work and when I tried to upload diagnostic file - would not upload.
When I tried to upload information request to customer service - would not upload to Cyberlink site. I am not paying for technical support on a new product.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $100.
Preferred solution: Repair program or refund all of media suite.
Cyberlink Cons: Bad customer service and misleading advertising total rip off.
