I purchased an upgrade on a Weekend day. I was not able to activate the product and of course there was no one to call on the weekend.
I called the next day and got an activation code but still had the old version running. The customer service rep to pay money to speak with a tech to help me or email and get a ticket to get a reply. I was hung up on by the rep as the thought of me having to email and not be able to speak with anyone to get assistance I continued to tell him I did not have time and wanted to get my project completed. Even though he says I will be refunded I find it annoying to pay for something wait two days and not have been able to use the product.
Really? have to pay money so a tech can speak with me on the phone when the download should have been all I needed to do after being charged.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
