Lack of working support in PhotoDirector 365
I am hobbyist in photography ,retired 73 who was enjoining old versions of Photo,Power Director... Since upgrade to 365 subscription and introducing new AI modules I never was "lucky" to download them .I believe I exhausted all possible advise from Support ( 6 emails) and from Senior Expert on Blog to fix this problem. I even reinstalled fresh copy of Windows 11 - all modules will download to 72 or 80%.I bought package- to edit photos and videos of my children and grandson."Now one leg of a table is broken, so the table is not useful".Other program eg.InPixo, Corel have this modules inside the packages ( I have tried both software) .I am cancelling subscription, waiting for better time of Director Suit, meanwhile requested return my money.
